Team work
In China, there is an old proverb, a stake with three fence, a good brave fellow three help, which is a good expression of team work. In unity there is strength. No matter what do, team work will get better than single person.
These days, our factory are always busy making new products. The design department put all efforts to drawing new design and revising repeatedly. When coming to process, the mass production of necklaces pushed the workers to work hard, even working overtime is common thing. As our sales department, we have to withstand the pressure of the front, also help the workers to proceed the job.
However, heaven pays off. The hard job finally achieves. After two days’ working overtime, the big project of sticking stones have been completed.
Just like H.E. Luccock said, No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it.
